Paper & Thread with Karma Tohme

Taking its inspiration from the great diversity showcased in the Midad exhibition, this workshop proposes to reflect on the construction of the book as a design object by experimenting with paper, format and binding choices.

Karma Tohme is the co-founder, art director and production manager of Plan BEY, a local artisan-publisher working with artists to produce prints, artist books and various publications and multiples. She also teaches graphic design related courses ALBA.
