Curator Tour with Abboudi Abou Jaoudé

In the framework of the public program of 'Thief of Baghdad', Dar El-Nimer for Arts and Culture invites you to a guided tour of the exhibition, led by its curator and poster collector Abboudi Abou Jaoudé.

The exhibition invites the audience to explore the vibrant aesthetics of posters produced in the West between the 1910s and the 1990s, as well as the perception of Arabs in Western cinema through films such as 'A Thousand and One Nights', 'Sinbad', 'Cleopatra', 'Aladdin', 'Scheherazade' to name a few.
