Ghassan Kanafani Cultural Foundation and Dar El-Nimer for Arts and Culture invite you on Monday, July 10th, to remember Ghassan Kanafani and Lamis Nijem on the 45th commemoration of their martyrdom.

On the 45th commemoration of his passing, Ghassan Kanafani who carried Palestine in his heart, with its sorrows and joys, the bravery of its men, benevolence of its women and its children’s dreams, is today present more than ever. Ghassan carried their hopes and depicted them as the true heroes. They are “Oum Saad” and “Men and Guns”. He is the militant who lived the revolution of the Palestinians’ emancipation from the nightmare of humiliation. He is the martyr whose dream of liberation was not fulfilled.
