The Image Festival Association – Zakira organises a photography exhibition' ‘Memories of the War and its Photographers’ in the memory of Lebanese photojournalists who covered the Lebanese Civil War between 1975 and 1990.

The exhibition displays selected photos that chronicle the Lebanese war at various stages and various locations. These photos, many of which were uncovered from forgotten archives, represent a visual memory of and an honest testimony on the pains and horrors that stretched over the demarcation lines.
