Dar El-Nimer for Arts and Culture, in association with Magnum Photos, is pleased to invite you to the opening of Josef Koudelka: The Wall/Beirut, an exhibition displaying two of the Czech photographer’s extensive photo series. The Wall comprises of a landscape of panoramic reproductions of the Apartheid Wall, which Koudelka photographed during his several trips to Palestine between 2008 and 2012, while Beirutdocuments the war-devastated city centre at the end of the Lebanese Civil War in 1991. The exhibition is curated by Xavier Barral and will be exhibited at Dar El-Nimer between September 13th and December 22nd, 2018.
